Location-Bound Attestation
NOTARIAL

Prove that a notarial act took place in the notary’s presence.

NOTARIAL binds a notarial workflow to physical proximity. A registered FMC125 in the notary’s office or vehicle establishes a trusted location anchor, allowing CHKKT to record that the relevant device and transaction were within a defined radius — for example 10 metres — when the act was completed.

Product 08
NOTARIAL
Location-bound proof

Bind a notarial act to a trusted notary, time and physical location.

Capability

What NOTARIAL does.

Bind a notarial act to a trusted notary, time and physical location.

01

Register an FMC125 to a specific notary, office or authorised vehicle

02

Define a proximity threshold such as 10 metres around the registered gateway

03

Confirm that the participating device was physically close to the notary’s registered location

04

Bind the proximity event to a specific document, transaction or notarial workflow

05

Timestamp the beginning and completion of the notarial event

06

Associate the event with the notary, client, document reference and location anchor

07

Generate a persistent evidential record for later verification

08

Support either a fixed office-based FMC125 or a mobile FMC125 installed in the notary’s vehicle

Workflow

How it works.

01

Register

The notary’s office or authorised vehicle is associated with a known FMC125 and notarial identity.

02

Detect

CHKKT establishes that the participating device is within the configured proximity radius of that registered FMC125.

03

Attest

The notarial workflow is completed while the proximity condition remains satisfied.

04

Bind

The document or transaction reference is bound to the notary, gateway, location and timestamp.

05

Prove

CHKKT retains a verification record showing where, when and under whose registered notarial context the event occurred.

Evidence

What gets proved.

CHKKT is designed around the evidential record, not merely the live dashboard.

✓Transaction or document reference
✓Start and completion timestamps
✓Participating device identity
✓Notarial attestation
✓Immutable verification reference
NOTARIAL

Bind notarial acts to place.

Start with the physical event you need to prove. CHKKT can then map the sensor, gateway and workflow around it.
